First Foundation
At 2degrees, we know the first step to a career can be the hardest, that’s why we are thrilled to begin a partnership with the First Foundation. First Foundation is an amazing organisation that guides young adults into tertiary education.
In 2025, we will provide financial support to a First Foundation scholar to help cover their university costs. We will also provide mentoring and paid work experience to a scholar, to help them embark on a career post study.
Make-a-Wish Foundation
We’ve teamed up with Make-A-Wish New Zealand to help children with a critical illness’ wishes come true.
There are over 300 children with a critical illness in the pipeline for wishes each year in NZ. We're excited to share that as part of our sponsorship, we're granting 4 wishes annually, with $10,000 set aside for tech-related dreams.
Fair Days
We encourage our employees across New Zealand to get involved in their local communities through our Fair Days programme, which allows them to volunteer 1% of their worktime to a charity or organisation of their choice.
In FY24, our people registered over 1,495 hours of volunteering to the community, through a broad range of activities, from environmental clean-ups to assisting in community kitchens, demonstrating our commitment to hands-on involvement.
Digital Accelerator
At 2degrees we believe in Fighting For Fair for Kiwi businesses, the power of collaboration, and the benefits of digital technology in boosting productivity. That’s why we designed Digital Accelerator to help Kiwi businesses get ahead of the digital curve.
2degrees Digital Accelerator provides two businesses with an in-depth business and digital assessment, a 12 month membership to their local Chamber of Commerce and a $50,000 investment towards bespoke digital and technology improvements funded by 2degrees.
