2degrees Business Broadband Phone Standard Rates Terms and Conditions
- These specific terms and conditions apply in addition to the 2degrees Business Broadband Phone Services terms and conditions.
- All specific rates detailed in these terms exclude GST (unless stated otherwise), and are subject to change.
- Our Fair Use Policy applies to any Unlimited* Calling Add-ons, which can be added to our Business Broadband Phone Services for an additional monthly fee.
Calling Caps
- Some destinations have a 2-hour calling cap. This means that for any call you make from your business phone line that lasts up to two hours, the most you will pay is the amount of the calling cap. We will charge you the specified rate per minute until your charge for the call reaches the amount of the calling cap.
- After two hours, the standard per minute calling rate will apply with no further discounts. The calling cap applies to an individual call.
- You must monitor your call duration, as you will not receive any notifications about the duration of your call, nor will your call automatically terminate once the 2 hour cap is reached.
Standard Rates – Smart Phone Line/Basic Phone Line
- When calling from your business phone line using the Smart Phone Line or the Basic Phone Line service, the following rates apply:
