Availability
Broadband is not available everywhere. Our Wireless Broadband service 300GB plan is only available in selected 4G coverage areas with sufficient network capacity. To see if this service is available you can call us on 0800 022 202.

Access type
Our wireless broadband services connect your home via a 4G wireless connection to our 4G mobile network. Broadband speeds may vary due to factors controlled by you such as your premises’ connection, the location and positioning of your modem, internal wiring and WiFi set up, interference from electrical devices and the number of users in your home. The day to day performance will also be affected by our network.
Other Information
30-day money back guarantee
We will provide you with a 30 day money back guarantee if you are unable to use the services due to coverage. If the wireless service is not available at your installation address you may call us on 0800 022 202 and we will refund you. A refund will be made in the same tender as the original purchase. If you rented the modem from us, you will need to return it to us as new or you will have to pay a $299 modem fee. We will provide instructions on returning the modem when you cancel.
Minimum Contract Period
You can choose from either:
- Open term; or
- 12 month term.
Early Termination Charge
An early exit fee of $199 applies, if you end your contract early.
There is no early termination charge if you sign-up on an open term.

Notice period (termination)
You can end your plan at any time before your next monthly billing due date. You will still be responsible for any charges incurred prior to that billing date.
Traffic Management
In some circumstances we may be required to take reasonable action to protect our customers and effectively manage our network. If your usage on this Plan exceeds 400GB for 3 consecutive months, or if your usage exceeds 450GB in any month, we will contact you to discuss alternative options. If you are not satisfied with any of those options you may terminate your service within 30 days of our notice to you, or within 30 days of the date of migration (whichever is later) and we will not charge you an early termination charge in respect of your contract.
Fair Use
No fair use policies apply to our broadband plans.

Effects on other services
Your wireless broadband service requires mains power to operate. If power is not available (e.g. during a local power outage) the broadband, and any services which run over it, may stop working unless you have battery backup in your home. Services that require a traditional fixed phone line to work, such as a monitored medical or home alarms, fax machines and pay tv boxes are incompatible with voice calling over broadband.
