Selected Business Choice Mobile Plans Promotion for Farm Source Account Holders

1. These terms and conditions apply to the Selected Business Choice Mobile Plans Promotion for Farm Source Account Holders (“Promotion”)
2. These specific terms and conditions apply in addition to our Business Terms and Conditions, Business Account Terms and Conditions, Business Choice Plan Terms and Conditions | 2degrees
3. The Promotion begins on 01 February 2024 – 30 April 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
4. If you were not a 2degrees business customer at 12.00am on 1 February 2024:
   1. are a Farm Source Account Holder and have agreed to the Farm Source Billing Authorisation Form;
   2. during the Promotion Period you sign up the Business Choice – Endless Data 100GB an (“Eligible Plan”)
      we will credit your account so you pay just $1 per month for the monthly plan fee for the first three months of your Plan (“Plan Credit”) and then you will be eligible for a $38 discount for the primary connection and a $8 discount per month for any additional connections (up to 99 connections) (“Discount”) on the monthly base plan fee(s) for as long as you stay on the same Plan(s).
5. If you are a current 2degrees business customer:
   1. are a Farm Source Account Holder and have agreed to the Farm Source Billing Authorisation Form;
   2. during the Promotion Period you sign up the Business Choice – Endless Data 100GB an (“Eligible Plan”)
      you will be eligible for a $38 discount for the primary connection and a $8 discount per month for any additional connections (up to 99 connections) (“Discount”) on the monthly base plan fee(s) for as long as you stay on the same Plan(s).
6. By signing up to the Plan(s),
   1. you acknowledge that 2degrees may collect, hold and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including disclosing your personal information to Farm Source.
   2. You agree to pay your 2degrees Business Account through your Farm Source Account and have agreed to the necessary Billing Authorisation Form and any associated terms and conditions with Farm Source.
   3. If you are an existing 2degrees customer, you acknowledge that any outstanding 2degrees charges incurred during your previous billing period up until the date you accept these terms and conditions, may be included in your first Farm Source Bill.
7. The Plan Credit and Discount is applied to your monthly plan fee only and excludes other additional charges, including add-ons.
8. You must remain on the Eligible Plan you signed up to during the Promotion Period to keep receiving the Discount. If you change to another Plan at any time, the Discount will not be applied.
9. The Plan Credit and Discount is not transferable or exchangeable and is not available in conjunction with other offers or plans offered at a discounted rate.
10. We reserve the right to change or withdraw this Promotion or any of the Eligible Plans at any time.
11. You are deemed to accept these terms and conditions at the time of taking the steps set out in clause 4 or 5 above.

Selected Business Broadband Plans Promotion for Farm Source Account Holder Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions apply in addition to our:
   1. if you are a Broadband Customer, our Business Broadband Terms and Conditions, Business Broadband Plan Terms and Conditions, Backup Broadband for Business Terms and Conditions; or
   2. if you are a Wireless Broadband Customer, our Business Wireless Broadband Terms and Conditions; and
   3. any other specific terms and conditions applying to your Plan or Account with 2degrees.
2. If you:
   1. are a Farm Source Account Holder and have agreed to the Farm Source Billing Authorisation Form; and
   2. you are not a 2degrees customer as of 12 am of the date of the relevant promotion communicated to you; and
   3. you sign up to 2degrees’ Business Broadband Smart Fibre 100, 300, 500 or 900 Plan on a 24-month term, Smart Hyperfibre 2 or 4 Plan on a 24-month term or Wireless Broadband Plan on a 12-month term using your valid Farmsource membership number (“Eligible Plan”);
3. You will:
   1. receive the joining credit available under your Eligible Plan (“Plan Credit”); and
   2. be eligible for a 10% discount on your monthly Eligible Plan fee (“Discount”) for as long as you stay on the same Eligible Plan.
4. You will still be eligible for the Discount only at 3.b if you sign up to any Eligible Plan on an open term if you are already an existing 2degrees customer at the time of the promotion.
5. By signing up to the Plan(s),
   1. you acknowledge that 2degrees may collect, hold and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including disclosing your personal information to Farm Source.
   2. You agree to pay your 2degrees Business Account through your Farm Source Account and have agreed to the necessary Billing Authorisation Form and any associated terms and conditions with Farm Source.
   3. If you are an existing 2degrees customer, you acknowledge that any outstanding 2degrees charges incurred during your previous billing period up until the date you accept these terms and conditions, may be included in your first Farm Source Bill.
6. The Plan Credit and Discount excludes any other charges, including add-ons, calling plans or services.
7. The Discount may not be applied until your second Bill.
8. Joining credit repayable and early exit fees may apply if you leave or move from Eligible Plan before the end of your chosen term as stated in your Eligible Plan T&Cs.
9. Your Plan Credit or Discount cannot be redeemed for cash, hardware or any other benefit, applied to early termination charges or other charges, and cannot be transferred.
10. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer, except if you add the $10 ex GST Bundle Discount if you are a business mobile customer at the time of sign-up.
11. We reserve the right to extend, change or terminate these T&Cs and/or any applicable offer subject to these T&Cs at any time without notice.
12. You are deemed to have accepted these T&Cs when you take the steps set out in clause 2 above.
