ALGIM 2023 Promotion Terms and Conditions
- These terms and conditions apply to the ALGIM (Association of Local Government Management) Competition Terms & Conditions conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited, Level 2, 136 Fanshawe Street, Auckland, 1010, New Zealand (2degrees).
- The Competition begins on the 14 November 2023 and ends on the 16 November 2023 at 1.30pm (Competition Period).
- To be eligible for the Competition you must:
- be a NZ resident;
- be at least 18 years old;
- enter the Competition during the Competition Period;
- be authorised to enter the Competition on behalf of your company; and
- not be an employee or contractor of 2degrees or its related entities.
- To enter this Competition, you must sign up to the online form above during the Competition Period.
- Valid entries are eligible to go into the draw to win the Samsung S23 mobile (the “Prize””).
- One entry per company.
- 2degrees will randomly select the winner of the Prize on 16 November 2023 which will be announced at the ALGIM conference vendor prize giving (“The Winner”). The Winner must be present to claim the Prize. If the Winner is not in attendance, 2degrees reserves the right to choose another Winner.
- The Prize is not negotiable, transferrable, or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.
- By entering the Competition, you agree that 2degrees may collect, hold, and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and to conduct the Competition.
- You also give 2degrees permission to use the information provided to contact you for business sales and marketing purposes.
- 2degrees’ decisions on all matters regarding the Competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- 2degrees reserves the right, acting reasonably, to extend, change, or terminate all or part of the Competition at any time without notice.
- To the extent permitted by law, 2degrees excludes any liability it may have to you arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Competition.
- You are deemed to accept these terms and conditions at the time of entering into the Competition.
