$85 Ultimate Unlimited Broadband Plan Promotion Terms and Conditions
- These terms and conditions apply in addition to our Broadband Terms and Conditions, $75, $85 & $106 Broadband Plan Terms and Conditions (Plan T&Cs), Pay Monthly Terms and Conditions and any other specific terms and conditions applying to your Plan or Account with 2degrees.
- This promotion is available to new 2degrees Broadband customers only.
- If you sign up to a $106 Ultimate Unlimited Fibre Broadband Plan (Ultimate Unlimited Plan) on a 12-month term between 6 August 2020 and 31 August 2020 you will pay $85 for the first year.
- The $85 price in clause 3 above does not include our $10 Pay Monthly/Broadband bundle discount and excludes Pay Monthly mobile plan charges and any other charges, including Add-ons, rental modem shipping charges, calling plans or services.
- After 12 months, standard Ultimate Unlimited Plan charges will apply. As at 6 August 2020, if you are a Pay Monthly and Broadband customer you pay $96/m with our $10 bundle discount and $106/m if you are not a Pay Monthly mobile customer (these prices are subject to change).
- The Ultimate Unlimited Plan promotional discount ($21/m) is repayable on a prorated basis if you leave within 12 months. For example, if you leave after 6 months you will be required to repay $126 ($21 (Ultimate Unlimited monthly discount) x 6 (months) = $126). As set out in our Plan T&Cs, early termination fees of up to $199 also apply if you leave within 12 months.
- This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer or plans offered at a discounted rate.
- This offer is not available to employees of Two Degrees Mobile Limited.
- We reserve the right to extend, change or terminate this offer at any time without notice.
- You are deemed to have accepted these conditions when you take the steps set out in clause 3 above.
