Apple iPhone 13 Trade In Boost Promotion

1. These terms and conditions:
   (a) govern the iPhone 13 range Trade In Boost promotion (Promotion) conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees) beginning on 12am 18 September 2021 and ending on 11:59am 20 January 2022 (Promotion Period); and
   (b) apply in addition to our Pay Monthly Terms and Conditions, Trade In Terms and Conditions, and any other specific terms and conditions applying to your Plan or Account with 2degrees, including the Mobile Repayment Option Terms and Conditions.

2. Please ensure you read our Trade In Terms and Conditions as you are deemed to accept those Terms and Conditions when trading in your phone with us.
3. Subject to anything stated in these terms and conditions, the conditions for trading in your phone are set in the Trade In Terms and Conditions.
4. If during the Promotion Period you, either:
   (a) join 2degrees on a $60+ Pay Monthly Plan or $58+ Business Choice Plan (Eligible Plan) (either as a new 2degrees customer or as an existing 2degrees Prepay customer) and:
   (i) successfully Trade In your current phone via the applicable Trade In portal; and
   (ii) purchase a device from the iPhone 13 range ( iPhone 13 Mini, iPhone 13, , iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max) (Eligible Device) on interest free from a 2degrees Retail Store, 2degrees Telesales, 2degrees Online Store, 2degrees Business Sales, PB Tech, Heathcotes, or Warehouse Stationary (Eligible Channels),

you will be eligible for a $600 Trade In Boost on top of the everyday Trade In value of your old phone.
(b) are an existing 2degrees customer already on an Eligible Plan or on a $40 Pay Monthly Plan and move to an Eligible Plan and:
(i) successfully Trade In your current phone via the applicable Trade In portal; and
(ii) purchase an Eligible Device from an Eligible Channel on interest free,

you will be eligible for a $200 Trade In Boost on top of the everyday Trade In value of your old phone.

5. Proof of purchase and the IMEI number of the Eligible Device must be provided to Ingram Micro before 4pm 12 November 2021 to receive the applicable Trade In Boost. IMEI numbers provided after this period will not be eligible for the applicable Trade In Boost.
6. If you cancel or downgrade your plan from an Eligible Plan within 12 months, you will be charged a prorated amount of the applicable Trade In Boost you received on your next bill.
7. The Promotion is only available to individuals who are NZ residents aged 18 years or over. Employees and contractors of 2degrees, Ingram Micro and entity involved in the Promotion are not eligible.
8. The Discount is non-transferable or exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash. 
9. 2degrees reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
