Refer a Friend 50% off Pay Monthly Plan Promotion
- These terms and conditions apply to the recipient who has received a unique code for the Refer a Friend 50% off Pay Monthly Plan Promotion (Promotion) conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees).
- These specific terms and conditions apply in addition to our Pay Monthly Terms and Conditions, 2degrees Carryover Plans Terms and Conditions and 2degrees Endless Plans Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions.
- The Promotion begins on 2 August 2021 and ends on 30 September 2021 (Promotion Period). We reserve the right to change or withdraw this Promotion at any time.
- If:
- you were not a Pay Monthly customer at 12:00 am on 2 August 2021; and
- you received a unique code from an existing 2degrees customer; and
- you sign up to a Pay Monthly Plan during the Promotion Period (Eligible Plan) by quoting the unique code when ringing the 2degrees Care team or heading into the 2degrees Whangarei store (as applicable), you will be eligible for a 50% off discount on your monthly plan fee (Discount) for 6 months (Discount Period).
- Business Plans and Group Plans are excluded.
- The Discount is applied to your monthly plan fee only and excludes other additional charges, including add-ons.
- One Discount per plan/new customer.
- Discount may not be applied until the second bill.
- The usual monthly plan fee will apply after the Discount Period.
- You must remain on an Eligible Plan during the Discount Period to keep receiving the Discount.
- The Discount is not transferable or exchangeable and is not available in conjunction with other offers or plans offered at a discounted rate.
- The Promotion is not to employees of 2degrees or Two Degrees New Zealand Limited.
- You are deemed to accept these terms and conditions at the time of taking the step set out in clause 4(c).
