Super Rugby Coverage Pack Giveaways
- These terms and conditions apply to the 20 Super Rugby packs Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees) is giving away (Competition) during the period beginning 1 April 2022 and ending 29 May 2022 (Competition Period).
- To be eligible for this Competition you must be:
- a new customer joining 2degrees on a Pay Monthly, Prepay or Broadband Plan in 10 during promotional weekends;
- be a New Zealand resident; and
- be at least 18 years old.
- One entry per person.
- Selected 2degrees stores will draw, at random, one winner at the end of its promotion weekend.
- The Winners will each win 1x rugby ball, 1x team branded cap and 1x home shirt of their local Super Rugby team (together, the Prize).
- 2degrees will contact the Winners by email or phone to arrange details of shipping their Prize to their home address. Winners are responsible for providing their correct shipping address. 2degrees takes no responsibility or liability for incorrect shipping details.
- If three unsuccessful attempts have been made to contact a Winner, 2degrees reserves the right to select a new Winner from the valid entries.
- By entering the Competition, you agree that 2degrees may collect, hold and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and to conduct the Competition. You also give 2degrees permission to use the information provided to contact you for sales and marketing purposes.
- The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
- 2degrees’ decision on all matters regarding the Competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Prize is non-transferable or exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash.
- To the extent permitted by law, 2degrees excludes any liability it may have to you arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Competition.
- 2degrees reserves the right to extend, change or terminate the Promotion at any time.
- Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms as well as the Broadband, Prepay and Pay Monthly Plan terms and conditions.
