- These terms and conditions (in conjunction with the Pay Monthly Terms and Conditions and Interest Free Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions) apply to Two Degrees Mobile Limited’s $1, $2, $3 promotion (Promotion).
- Defined terms will carry the meaning given to them in the Pay Monthly Terms and Conditions, unless expressly defined below.
- This Promotion commences at 00:00 am on 21 February 2025 and ends at 11:59 pm on 30 March 2025 (Promotion Period). 2degrees reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

- If you sign up to a new Pay Monthly Plan on a 24-month fixed term, you will still be eligible for the Interest Free Discount, however, your monthly Interest Free repayments will be higher than the amount stated in the table above.
- Interest Free Discount repayable if you end your eligible plan within 12 months.
- New Connections only are eligible for this Promotion.
- Phone balance repayable if you end your eligible plan.
- The Promotion is only available to individuals who are NZ residents aged 18 years or over. Employees and contractors of 2degrees are not eligible.
- Interest Free Discount is non-transferable or exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash.
