Kiwi Hero Carryover Plan Promotion
- These terms and conditions apply to the Kiwi Hero Carryover Plan (Promotion) conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees).
- These specific terms and conditions apply in addition to our Pay Monthly Terms and Conditions and 2degrees Carryover Plans Terms and Conditions and any other applicable Terms and Conditions.
- The Kiwi Hero Plan launches on 22 February 2019 and continues until 2degrees gives notice that this Plan will be coming to an end.
- To be eligible for the Kiwi Hero Plan, you must be a new or existing 2degrees customer and be currently employed in one of the following professions with a valid professional ID:
- Nurses – including nursing assistants and those from nursing/care homes
- In-Home Caregivers
- Midwives
- Hospital orderlies
- Teachers
- Police officers
- Firefighters
- Paramedics
- Rescue Helicopter
- NZ Defence Force – Navy, Army, Air Force staff and their immediate families
- The Kiwi Hero Plans prices and allocations are as follows:

- You will only be able to sign up for the Kiwi Hero Plan in 2degrees stores.
- You will continue to be eligible for the Kiwi Hero Plan as long as you remain a 2degrees customer and 2degrees continues to offer the Kiwi Hero Plans set out above.
- The Kiwi Hero Plans are available to existing Prepay or Pay Monthly customers who meet the eligibility criteria.
- The Kiwi Hero Plan will apply as a discount to your standard monthly plan fee on your monthly bill and will exclude other additional charges, including add-ons (Discount).
- The Discount may not be applied until your second Bill.
- The Discount is not transferable or exchangeable, and may not be available in conjunction with other offers or plans offered at a discounted rate.
- The Kiwi Hero Plan is not available on Business mobile plans or to employees of 2degrees or Two Degrees New Zealand Limited.
- We reserve the right to change or withdraw the Kiwi Hero Plan at any time.
- You are deemed to accept these terms and conditions at the time of taking the steps set out in clause 4 above.
