50% off Pay Monthly Plans for 6 months
- These terms and conditions apply to the 50% off Pay Monthly Plans for 6 months promotion (Promotion) conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees).
- These specific terms and conditions apply in addition to our Pay Monthly Terms and Conditions, 2degrees Carryover and Endless Plans Terms and any other applicable terms and conditions.
- Defined terms carry the meaning given to them in the Pay Monthly Terms and Conditions, unless expressly defined below.
- The Promotion begins on 22nd November 2024 and ends at 11:59pm on 08th December 2024 (Promotion Period). We reserve the right to change or withdraw this Promotion at any time.
- Subject to (6) and (7), if during the Promotion Period, you or a new connection on your Account signs up to a consumer Pay Monthly Plan (including on a Group Plan) (each a New Connection), each New Connection will be eligible for 50% off the applicable monthly plan fee (Discount) for 6 consecutive months (Discount Period).
- New Connections do not include connections on a Sidekick Plan. Business Plans are also not eligible for the Discount.
- For the avoidance of doubt, if you, or one of your connections are already on a Pay Monthly Plan as at 11:59pm on 21st November 2024, you (including any of your connections) will not be eligible for the Promotion.
- The Discount is applied to the monthly plan fee only and excludes other additional charges, including add-ons.
- If a New Connection ends their Pay Monthly Plan within 9 months, the Discount received will be repayable on a pro-rated basis. Early termination fees may apply.
- The Discount may not be applied to the New Connection until the second Bill.
- The usual monthly plan fee applies after the Discount Period.
- One Discount per New Connection.
- New Connections must remain on the Pay Monthly Plan during the Discount Period to keep receiving the Discount.
- The Discount is not transferable or exchangeable and is not available in conjunction with other offers or plans offered at a discounted rate.
- You are deemed to accept these terms and conditions at the time of taking the steps set out in (5) above.
