Discounted Unlimited Broadband and Prime Video on Us for 6 months

1. These terms and conditions apply in addition to the 2degrees Broadband T&Cs and 2degrees Broadband Plans T&Cs, Amazon Prime Video Terms of Use and any other applicable Terms and Conditions.
2. These terms and conditions govern the Prime Video on us for 6 months plus discounted Unlimited Broadband for 12 months, conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees) beginning on 8 February 2024 and ending on 5 May 2024 (Promotion Period).
3. If you are a new 2degrees Broadband customer and sign up to a 2degrees Unlimited Broadband Plan, or Ultimate Unlimited Broadband Plan, on a 12-month term (Eligible Plan) during the Promotion Period, you will pay the following Discounted Monthly Plan Fee for your first 12-months since sign-up (Promotion):

If you cancel your Eligible Plan early:

1. 1. your applicable Plan Credit will be repayable and
   2. you will be subject to the applicable standard early termination charges as set out in the $60, $97, $109, $139 and $169 Broadband Plan Terms and Conditions.

4. If you wish to continue subscribing to Prime Video after the 6-month Promotion Period, the standard Prime Video subscription charges will apply
5. Streaming Prime Video uses data. Data usage incurred from watching Prime Video content online will count toward your monthly broadband or mobile data allowance.
6. The Discounted Plan Fee excludes any other charges, including add-ons, modem charges, calling plans or services.
7. The standard monthly base plan fee at the time will apply after the first 12 months.
8. A $5 p/m modem rental, $15 rental modem shipping and non-standard installation apply. Broadband not available everywhere.

Prime Video on us for 6 months

9. You will be redirected through to the Prime Video to login or set up a new Prime Video account. Follow the instructions provided in the Prime Video activation email sent by 2degrees.
10. You will have 30 days from the date your Prime Video activation email is sent to you to activate your Prime Video subscription. If you don’t activate Prime Video within the activation period, your subscription link will expire, and you will not be able to get 6 months free of Prime Video.
11. Prime Video is valid for 6 months after the date you activate your Prime Video subscription during the applicable activation period.
12. Prime Video’s standard plan is currently NZD$10.99 per month
13. If you end your Eligible Plan your Prime Video subscription will automatically end.
14. You can cancel your Prime Video subscription anytime through My 2degrees or the 2degrees Broadband app.

17. Queries relating to your broadband performance or Prime Video billing on your 2degrees account should be directed to 2degrees.
18. 2degrees reserves the right to change or terminate these terms and conditions or the Promotion at any time. If applicable we’ll let you know if we do this by posting new terms on our website.
19. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer or plans offered at a discounted rate.
20. The Promotion is not redeemable, transferable, or refundable for cash and cannot be exchanged.
21. This Promotion is not available to employees of Two Degrees Mobile Limited or Two Degrees New Zealand Limited.
22. The Promotion not available for business customers.
23. We reserve the right to extend, change or terminate this offer at any time without notice.
24. By completing the steps set out at clause 3, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
