Unlimited Broadband Plan Joining Credit + Prime Video on Us for 6 Months Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions apply in addition to our Broadband Terms and Conditions, $92 & $109 Broadband Plan Terms and Conditions and any other specific terms and conditions applying to your Plan or Account with 2degrees.
2. This promotion is available between the period 23 January 2023 to 5 March2023 (Promotion Period) to new 2degrees Broadband customers only.
3. If during the Promotion Period, you:
   1. sign up to the 2degrees Unlimited Broadband Plan on a 12-month term you will be eligible for a $250 Joining Credit and Prime Video on Us for 6 months; or
   2. sign up to the 2degrees Ultimate Unlimited Broadband Plan on a 12-month term, you will be eligible for a $300 Joining Credit and Prime Video on Us for 6 months.
4. The applicable Joining Credit will be applied to your Account following activation of your applicable Broadband Plan.
5. If you leave your 12 month term early:
   1. your applicable Joining Credit will be repayable (on a pro-rated basis); and
   2. you will be subject to the applicable standard early exit fees as set out in the $92 & $109 Broadband Plan Terms and Conditions.
6. The Joining Credit is non-transferable or exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash.

Prime Video on Us for 6 Months

7. You will be redirected through to Amazon Prime Video to log in or set up a new Prime Video account. Follow the instructions provided in the Amazon Prime activation email sent by 2degrees.
8. You will have 30 days from the date your Amazon Prime Video activation email is sent to you to activate your Amazon Prime Video subscription. If you don’t activate Amazon Prime Video within the activation period, your subscription link will expire, and you will not be able to get 6 months free of Amazon Prime Video.
9. Amazon Prime Video is valid for 6 months after the date you activate your Amazon Prime Video subscription during the applicable activation period.
10. Amazon Prime Video’s standard plan is currently NZD$8 per month.
11. If you end your Eligible Plan your Amazon Prime Video subscription will automatically end.
12. You can cancel your Amazon Prime Video subscription anytime through Your 2degrees.

15. Queries relating to your broadband performance or Amazon Prime Video billing on your 2degrees account should be directed to 2degrees.

16. This Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer or plans offered at a discounted rate.
17. This offer is not available to employees of Two Degrees Mobile Limited and Two Degrees New Zealand Limited.
18. We reserve the right to extend, change or terminate this offer at any time without notice.
19. You are deemed to have accepted these conditions when you take the steps set out in clause 3 above.
