2degrees 2021 Super Rugby In-Stadium Competition

1. These terms and conditions apply to the 2degrees 2021 Super Rugby In-Stadium Competition conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees) (Competition).
    
2. To be eligible for this Competition you must:
   1. Be a NZ resident;
   2. Be at least 18 years old
   3. Hold a ticket to the relevant Super Rugby game; and
   4. Pass a 2degrees credit check (which would be carried out if you won the Competition).
3. To enter the Competition, you must text ‘Play’ to 4199, select the link pickandplay.nz (or visit the page directly), enter your details and submit your predictions.
4. Entries open 2 hours before ‘kick off’ (e.g. 5.30pm if the game starts at 7.30pm) for each relevant rugby game, and the Competition closes 10 minutes before half time.
5. One entry per person.

7. 2degrees will select the person with the most points after each game has concluded. If two or more people share the same points, the winner will be drawn at random.
8. The Winner is eligible to win:
    
   1. Unlimited Home Broadband free for 12 Consecutive months (Broadband Prize); and
   2. a $200 Prezzie Card (Prezzie Card),

(together, Prize). 

9. If you are an existing 2degrees Broadband customer, the Broadband Prize will be automatically applied to your account within 30 days. After 12 consecutive months, standard broadband charges will apply.
10. If you are not an existing 2degrees Broadband customer, you will need to join 2degrees Broadband to be eligible for the Broadband Prize. We cannot guarantee our broadband is available at your address but we will do our best to connect you. After 12 consecutive months, standard broadband charges will apply.
11. 2degrees will contact the winner by email or phone to arrange details of the Broadband Prize and Prezzie Card.
12. If three unsuccessful attempts have been made to contact a Winner, 2degrees reserves the right to select a new Winner from the valid entries.
13. By entering the Competition, you agree that 2degrees may collect, hold and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and to conduct the Competition. You also give 2degrees permission to use the information provided to contact you for sales and marketing purposes.
14. As a participant, you consent to 2degrees using your personal information and performance in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to you. For more information, see the 2degrees Privacy Policy.
15. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash or credit
16. 2degrees’ decision on all matters regarding the Competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. 2degrees reserves the right to extend, change or terminate the Promotion at any time.
18. Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms as well as the Broadband and Broadband Plan terms and conditions.
