2degrees Great Easter Egg Hunt 2023 Promotion

These terms and conditions apply to the Great Easter Egg Hunt (Promotion) conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees) running from 10am 5th April, 2023, to 12pm 11th April, 2023 (Promotion Period).

1. To participate in this Competition and claim a prize you must:
   1. be at least 18 years old, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian;
   2. be an existing 2degrees customer, or become a 2degrees Broadband or Pay Monthly customer in order to redeem the prize; and
   3. pass a 2degrees credit check when signing up (which would be carried out if you win a prize and are not already a 2degrees customer).
2. The Competition comprises of 2 ways to win prizes:
   4. Instant Prizes which eligible individuals can win by participating in accordance with clause 3 (Instant Win); and
   5. The Prize Draw which eligible individuals can win by participating in accordance with clause 4 (Prize Draw).
3. Eligible Individuals can win an Instant Prize by finding 1 of 15 golden eggs randomly hidden at participating 2degrees stores on the 8th April 2023. The first eligible participant to find a gold egg in a participating store receives the corresponding prize.
4. The Prize Draw can be entered up to 13 times per eligible person, and there are several ways to enter the Prize Draw. These are:
   6. By scanning the Easter QR code in store and filling in an entry form up to 6 times;
   7. By clicking on a Hidden Easter Egg around the 2degrees.nz website and filling in the entry form up to 6 times; and/or
   8. In relation to existing 2degrees customers, completing the bonus entry form which you will receive from 2degrees - keep out for a “Perks Easter Egg Hunt Promotion” e-mail.
5. The in-store hunt will take place in participating 2degrees stores only, on the 8th April during store opening hours. Click here for a list of participating stores.
6. Only one prize per person.
7. There are over $10,000 worth of prizes to be won through the Instant Win and Prize Draw. The prizes are:
   1. Instant Prizes: If an eligible participant finds a Gold Egg they will receive a prize from the below list, in store, on the day. Prizes are pre-assigned to 15 randomly selected participating stores/Gold Eggs.
   2. Prize Draw prizes: Following the Promotion Period, 2degrees will select winners from a pool of eligible customers who entered the Prize Draw.
8. Winners cannot choose their prize.
9. All prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash.
10. Instant Prizes must be claimed on the 8th April 2023, in the same store that the Gold egg was found.
11. Prize Draw prizes will be drawn on the 12th of April 2023, and winners will be notified by email or phone. Winners must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize or their prize will be forfeit and a new winner will be drawn.
12. You acknowledge and agree that if you are not yet a 2degrees customer, then you will need to sign up to 2degrees (either on a Pay Monthly or Broadband Plan) in order to redeem your prize. If you do not become a 2degrees customer, you will not be able to redeem your prize and 2degrees will draw a new winner in accordance with clause 9.
13. By entering the Competition, you agree that 2degrees may collect, hold and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and to conduct the Competition. You also give 2degrees permission to use the information provided to contact you for sales and marketing purposes.
14. By entering this Competition, you agree to having your image or likeness shared on 2degrees Social Media channels in relation to this Competition only.
15. 2degrees’ decision on all matters regarding the Competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. To the extent permitted by law, 2degrees excludes any liability it may have to you arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Competition.
17. 2degrees reserves the right to extend, change or terminate the Promotion at any time.
18. Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms as well as the Broadband or Pay Monthly Plan terms and conditions.
