- These terms and conditions (in conjunction with the Pay Monthly Terms and Conditions and Interest Free Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions) govern Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees) iPhone 13 range promotion (Promotion).
- If during the period commencing on 2 February 2022 and ending on 16 April 2023 (Promotion Period) you:
- purchase, on interest free, a:
- iPhone 14;
- iPhone 14 Plus;
- iPhone 14 Pro; or
- iPhone 14 Pro Max,
(each an Eligible Device); and
- join us on a $60+ Pay Monthly Plan or $58+ Business Choice Plan (each, an Eligible Plan),
you will be eligible for $300 off your Eligible Device (Discount).
- purchase, on interest free, a:
- If you cancel or downgrade from your Eligible Plan within 12 months, you will be charged the Discount (i.e., $300) on your next bill.
- Phone balance repayable if you end your Eligible Plan.
- The Promotion is only available to individuals who are New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. Employees and contractors of 2degrees are not eligible.
- Not available in conjunction with any other promotions.
- The Discount is non-transferable or exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash.
