Half Price Group Plans for 6 Months Terms & Conditions
- These terms and conditions apply to the 50% off Pay Monthly Group Plans for 6 months promotion (Promotion) conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees).
- These specific terms and conditions apply in addition to our Pay Monthly Terms and Conditions, 2degrees Carryover and Endless Plans Terms and any other applicable terms and conditions.
- The Promotion begins on 23 January 2023 and ends at 11:59pm on 16 April 2023(Promotion Period). We reserve the right to change or withdraw this Promotion at any time.
- If during the Promotion Period a new connection is added to a $45+ Leader Pay Monthly Plan (each an Eligible Plan), that new connection will be eligible for 50% off their monthly plan price (Discount) for 6 consecutive months (Discount Period).
- Up to 3 new connections can be added to an Eligible Plan only. Connections on a Group Plan which were added to an Eligible Plan prior to the date of this Promotion are not eligible for this Promotion.
- For the avoidance of doubt, if a customer is already on a Pay Monthly Plan and wishes to move to a Leader Pay Monthly Plan, it will not be considered a new connection and the customer will not be eligible for the Promotion.
- The Discount is applied to the monthly plan fee only and excludes other additional charges, including add-ons. One account and one bill per Eligible Group. As provided for in the Group Plan terms and conditions, the Leader of the Group is liable and responsible for all charges on the Account.
- If a new connection ends their Eligible For the avoidance of doubt, if a customer is already on a Pay Monthly Plan and wishes to move to a Leader Pay Monthly Plan, it will not be considered a new connection and will not be eligible for the Promotion.
- Plan within 9 months, the Discount received will be repayable on a pro-rated basis.
- The Discount may not be applied to the new connection until the Group’s second Bill.
- The usual monthly plan fee applies after the Discount Period.
- One Discount per new connection.
- New connections must remain on an Eligible Plan during the Discount Period to keep receiving the Discount.
- The Discount is not transferable or exchangeable and is not available in conjunction with other offers or plans offered at a discounted rate.
- You are deemed to accept these terms and conditions at the time of taking the steps set out in clause 4 above.
