2024 UEFA Champions League Final Trip with OPPO and 2degrees

1. Two Degrees Mobile Limited (Retailer) and OMC Electronics NZ Limited (Promoter) have teamed together to give entrants the chance to participate in the Promoter’s UEFA Champions League promotion (Promotion) in accordance with these terms (Terms). The Promotion is advertised exclusively by the Retailer to its customers.
2. As part of this Promotion, the Promoter will give away nine prizes (Prize) including:
   1. three trips to the UEFA Champions League Final in London, England (each a Trip); and
   2. six prize packs containing:
      1. x1 UEFA & OPPO branded thermos cup;
      2. x1 UEFA & OPPO branded scarf;
      3. x1 UEFA & OPPO branded large t-shirt;
      4. x1 UEFA & OPPO branded canvas bag;
      5. x1 UEFA & OPPO branded umbrella; and
      6. x1 UEFA champions league 23/24 knockout ball
         (each a Prize Pack).
3. By participating, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.

Terms

General

4. To participate in the Promotion, you must be a New Zealand resident and aged at least 18 years. You must not be an employee (or immediate family member of an employee) of Promoter or Retailer. An immediate family member includes a spouse, grandparent, parent, child, grandchild (whether by marriage, past marriage, adoption, co-habitation or other family extension). You must be an existing 2degrees Prepay or Pay Monthly customer.
5. To submit an entry, you must purchase any OPPO mobile device worth at least $449 NZD (incl. GST) in a single transaction from the Retailer, either in-store or on the Retailer’s website (Qualifying Purchase) during the relevant Promotion Period (defined below). You must then fully complete and submit the online entry form at oppopromotions.co.nz/UEFA (Entry). You may submit one Entry for every Qualifying Purchase that you make.
6. You may purchase a Qualifying Device by taking up a mobile payment option (MRO) under a MRO eligible plan (see Retailer’s Interest Free Mobile Repayment Option Terms).
7. Entries must only be entered if entrants can travel to England with either a valid current Visa or be from a country with a Visa Waiver Scheme (this must be arranged by each Winner (defined respectively below) and all costs incurred at each Winner’s expense). If you do not satisfy these requirements, your Entry will not be eligible for a Prize.
8. Entries are deemed to be made at the time they are received by the Promoter.
9. Winners accept and agree use of a Prize is entirely at their own risk. At the time of accepting a Trip, Trip Winners must sign a waiver and indemnity form.
10. Only the person that submitted an Entry is able to claim a Prize, subject to clause 16. All decisions made by the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Where there are any Entries drawn that do not comply with any of these Terms, the Promoter may redraw a new Trip Winner or Prize Pack Winner without liability to any person.
12. If a Prize or any part of a Prize become unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may in its sole discretion provide an alternative prize.
13. Neither the Promoter, the Retailer nor any other entity associated with this Promotion will be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected or incorrectly submitted Entries, including but not limited to Entries not received due to technical problems or human error.
14. The Promoter reserve the right to disallow Entries in its absolute discretion and without giving reasons.
15. The Promoter may vary, amend, suspend or cancel any aspect of the Promotion (including the Prizes) at any time in its sole discretion and for any reason.
16. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and determine the eligibility of Entries (including your identity) and to disqualify any Entry or refuse to award a Prize where false or misleading details have been provided, or where you have behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these terms and / or the spirit of the Promotion.
17. The Retailer is not responsible for the: (a) entry form, (b) the Trip Prize Draw or Prize Pack Draw and (c) provision of and any changes to a Prize. Any queries, claims and disputes in relation to the Promotion shall be a matter between you and the Promoter.
18. You agree to the use of your name, photograph, and likeness for promotional/advertising purposes (including on websites, Facebook pages, Instagram pages, and other online or physical material published by the Promoter or the Retailer). You agree to make yourself reasonably available for this purpose. You waive any claims to copyright, royalties, rights or remuneration.
19. You agree to comply with all reasonable instructions given by the Promoter and other agencies associated with the Promotion. You agree not to do anything that may bring the Promoter or Retailer into disrepute.
20. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
21. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and Retailer (including each of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies), exclude all liability (including negligence) in connection with this Promotion. That includes liability for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where attributable to any of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or Prize claims that are late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected ; (d) any variation in the Prize; (e) any tax liability incurred by you; or (f) use of a Prize.
22. The Promoter and Retailer (and their agents) collect and hold personal information you provide to us in connection with the Promotion, business purposes and in accordance with their respective Privacy Policies. If you do not provide personal information required for an Entry, that may make you ineligible for a Prize. We will hold all personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. You have the right to access and correct any such personal information. If you wish to do so, please send an email to media@oppomobile.co.nz or privacyrequests@2degrees.nz. The Promoter may disclose your personal information to third parties including for our business purposes, marketing purposes, and for the purpose of providing a Prize to you (if you are a Winner).

The Trips

24. For a chance to win a Trip, a Qualifying Purchase must be made between 12:00am on 18/03/2024 and 11:59pm on 21/04/2024 (Trip Promotion Period). Entries received outside the Trip Promotion Period will not be eligible.
25. Three Entries will be selected by random electronic draw by Promoter from all valid Entries received during the Trips Promotion Period for the Trips (Trip Prize Draw). The Trip Prize Draw will take place at 10:00am on 22ndof April 2024.
26. The first three eligible Entries drawn will each win a Trip provided that (a) the Entries comply with these Terms and (b) the entrants can be contacted within a reasonable time (Trip Winners).
27. Trip Winners will be notified on 22nd of April by Promotor by telephone or email on the contact details provided in their entries. Trip Winners will be required to confirm their attendance on the date of notification, including providing passport details to the Promoter for travel booking purposes.
28. Each Trip is hosted by the Promoter, including a set itinerary for the Trip Winner(s) with scheduled group activities and scheduled individual leisure time. Each Trip includes:
    • return Premium Economy class flights for 1 from Auckland, New Zealand to England;
    • all airline taxes;
    • domestic transfers to Auckland if required;
    • one ticket to the UEFA Champions League Final including hospitality package;
    • return private transfers from airport to accommodation;
    • single accommodation in a 4-star hotel in England;
    • daily breakfast;
    • a travel insurance policy for 1 person up to 9 days (based on being under 65 years with no pre-existing medical conditions); and
    • $500 NZD spending money total.
29. Trip Winners must be able to travel between 27th of May 2024 and 4th of June 2024 (Designated Travel Period). All bookings and inclusions regarding the Trip must be made via a travel agent advised by the Promoter. Redeeming a Trip is conditional to accepting the terms and conditions provided the travel agent and normal travel practices. All travel is on regular scheduled services, subject to availability and may depend on specific booking classes with airlines or specific room categories with accommodation partners. All airline and accommodation options are at the Promoter’s discretion. Each Trip is not transferrable, negotiable, refundable or redeemable for cash.
30. Prior to departure, Trip Winners must hold valid passports with a minimum of 6 months’ validity. Trip Winners are responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly described in clause 28, including but not limited to any amendment fees issued by airlines or suppliers after the booking issued, visas, valid passports, additional spending money, meals, other ancillary costs, travel insurance and insurance excesses. Each Trip exclude these costs and expenses.
31. Trip Winners must accept each Trip in their entirety. If a Trip Winner cannot accept the Trip or take part in the Trip for any reason, their Trip will be void and no compensation will be payable to them. Trip Winners may purchase additions, upgrades or extensions to the Prize at their own cost after the Designated Travel Period, however changes to the Trip itinerary will not be accepted.

Prize Packs

32. For a chance to win a Prize Pack, a Qualifying Purchase must be made between 12:00am on 18/03/2024 and 11:59pm on 05/05/2024 (Prize Pack Promotion Period). Entries received outside the Prize Pack Promotion Period will not be eligible for a Prize Pack.
33. From the remaining pool of Entries and any new Entries received between the end of the Trip Promotion Period and the end of the Prize Pack Promotion Period, six Entries will be selected by random electronic draw by the Promoter from all valid Entries received during the Prize Packs Promotion Period (Prize Pack Draw). The Prize Pack Draw will take place at 10:00 am on 6 May 2024.
34. The first six eligible Entries drawn will each win a Prize Pack provided that the Entries comply with these Terms (Prize Pack Winners).The Retailer will post each Prize Pack Winner the Prize Pack in accordance with information provided in their Entry.
