Promo code & coupon code Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply from 2 November 2011

1. These terms and conditions apply in addition to the Online Store Terms and Conditions and set out the terms relating to the redemption of:
   1. 2degrees promotional discount codes which are provided by 2degrees as part of a promotion ("Promo Code"); and
   2. 2degrees customer coupon codes which are unique codes generated by a 2degrees representative and provided to an individual customer for their sole use (“Coupon Code”).

Promotional Codes

2. The details of the promotional discount will be set out in the description of the specific promotion and the specific terms and conditions for the Promo Code as provided by 2degrees under an offer (“Offer”). You should also read these specific terms and conditions provided carefully before redeeming a Promo Code.
3. Promo Codes will have a unique or generic code and can be redeemed against orders of certain products online at www.2degreesmobile.co.nz/shop only. Please see the specific Promo Code terms for details of the type of product orders to which you can apply your Promo Code. Any restrictions on the type of products against which you can redeem your Promo Codes will be set out in the specific terms for the Promo Codes.
4. You must enter the Promo Code during the checkout process when placing your order online otherwise the discount will not be applied to your order.
5. Only one Promo Code can be used per order of product.
6. The Promo Code will expire on the date specified in the specific terms relating to the Promo Code. You cannot use the Promo Code after this date.
7. If the specific terms relating to the Promo Code state that the discount is subject to a minimum purchase amount, postage and packing charges do not count towards the minimum purchase amount.
8. The Promo Code can only be used to purchase products under the Offer and only while stocks last. 2degrees will not be required to issue a further Promo Codes in the event that a particular product offered under the Offer is out of stock.
9. You cannot use a Promo Code in conjunction with any other sales discounts or promotional offers unless the specific terms relating to the Promo Codes state that you can combine the Promo Code with other offers.
10. The Promo Code cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefit.
11. Use of the Promo Code deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Coupon Codes

12. Coupon Codes will have a unique code and can only be redeemed against orders of products online at www.2degreesmobile.co.nz/shop.
13. You must enter the Coupon Code during the checkout process when placing your order online otherwise the discount will not be applied to your order.
14. Only one Coupon Code can be used per order of product.
15. The Coupon Code will expire six months from the date that it is provided by the 2degrees representative to you. You will not be able to use the Coupon Code after this date.
16. You cannot use a Coupon Code in conjunction with any other sales discounts or promotional offers.
17. The Coupon Code cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefit and cannot be transferred or assigned.
18. You must not publish or distribute the Coupon Code for redemption by any other person.
19. Use of the Coupon Code deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
