Save up to $500 on Samsung S23 series Promotion

1. These terms and conditions (in conjunction with the Pay Monthly Terms and Conditions and Interest Free Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions) apply to Two Degrees Mobile Limited’s Samsung S and Z Series Promotion (Promotion).

2. This promotion commences at 9:00am on17 February 2023 and ends at 11:59pm on 16 April 2023 (Promotion Period). 2degrees reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
3. If during the Promotion Period, you:
4. 1. purchase, on intertest free, a:
      1. Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra 5G;
      2. Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus 5G; or
      3. Samsung Galaxy S23 5G, 
         (each, an Eligible Device), and
5. 2. join 2degrees on a:
      1. $60+ Pay Monthly Plan; or
      2. $58+ Business Choice Plan,
         (each, an Eligible Plan),

you will be eligible for up to $500 off your device (Saving).

4. Only new customers or existing prepay customers joining an Eligible Plan are eligible for this Promotion.
5. Saving available depends on Eligible Device purchased:
6. 1. $400 Saving available on the Samsung Galaxy S23 5g and S23 Ultra 5G; and
   2. $500 Saving available on the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra 5G.
7. Phone balance repayable if you end your eligible plan.
8. If you cancel or downgrade your plan from an Eligible Plan within 12 months, you will be required to repay the Saving on a pro-rated basis.
9. The Promotion is only available to individuals who are NZ residents aged 18 years or over. Employees and contractors of 2degrees are not eligible.
10. The Discount is non-transferable or exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash.
