Uber Driver Promotion Terms and Condition

Terms and Conditions:

1. These terms and conditions (T&Cs) apply to the special discounts set out in these T&Cs for Uber New Zealand Technologies Limited (Uber) drivers (Promotion) conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees).
2. These specific T&Cs apply in addition to our Pay Monthly Terms and Conditions, 2degrees Pay Monthly Carryover Plans Terms and Conditions, 2degrees Prepay Terms and Conditions, 2degrees Prepay Plan Terms and Conditions, Interest Free Terms and Conditions and any other applicable Terms and Conditions. 
3. The Promotion launches on 15 October 2019 and continues until 15 October 2020 or until 2degrees gives notice that this Promotion will be coming to an end.
4. To be eligible for the Promotion:

a) you must be a 2degrees customer: and

b) you must be (and continue to be) an approved Uber driver holding all necessary approvals, consents and licences to supply applicable services to Uber (Uber Driver).

5. The applicable discounts are as follows (Discounts):

6. The Prepay Top Up Discounts are only available through 2degrees stores. For example, if you Top Up your Prepay Account $20 in a 2degrees store, you will pay $16 for that Top Up instore.
7. You will continue to be eligible for the Promotion as long as you remain an Uber Driver, a 2degrees customer and 2degrees continues to offer the Promotion set out above.

8. The Promotion is available to new and existing Prepay or Pay Monthly customers who meet the eligibility criteria.

9. The discount off your Pay Monthly Plan will apply as a discount to your standard monthly plan fee on your monthly bill and will exclude other additional charges, including add-ons (Pay Monthly Discount). 

10. Depending on when you sign up to a Pay Monthly plan the Pay Monthly Discount may not apply to your first Bill.
11. If you have a Pay Monthly Plan during the period 51 October 2019 – 31 December 2019 you are eligible to receive the further discounts set out in the Table below if you buy the phone Interest Free over 12, 24 or 36 months from the 2degrees Uber Portal. You are only eligible to purchase one (1) discounted phone in the Table.

12. The Discounts and phone discounts in the Table above are non-transferable or exchangeable, cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be available in conjunction with other offers, phones or plans offered at a discounted rate.

13. We reserve the right to change or withdraw the Promotion at any time.

14. You are deemed to accept these terms and conditions at the time of taking the steps set out in clause 4 above.
