- These terms and conditions (in conjunction with the Pay Monthly Terms and Conditions and Interest Free Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions) apply to Two Degrees Mobile Limited’s Samsung S and Z Series Promotion (Promotion).
- This promotion commences at 9:00am on 23 January 2023 and ends at 11:59pm on 16 April 2023 (Promotion Period). 2degrees reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
- If during the Promotion Period, you:
- purchase, on intertest free, a:
- Galaxy S22 128GB and 256GB;
- Galaxy S22 Plus 128GB and 256GB;
- Galaxy S22 Ultra 128 GB, 256GB and 512GB;
- Galaxy Z Flip4 128GB and 256GB; and
- Galaxy Z Fold4 256GB and 512GB, and
(each, an Eligible Device), and
- join 2degrees on a:
- $60+ Pay Monthly Plan;
- $30 Group Plan; or
- $58+ Business Choice Plan,
(each, an Eligible Plan), and
- Trade In your old smart phone (Old Phone),
you will be eligible for:- a $200 off your Eligible Device (Discount); and
- a $200 Trade In Boost on top of the value of your Old Phone (Trade In Boost).
- purchase, on intertest free, a:
- Only new customers or existing prepay customers joining an Eligible Plan are eligible for this Promotion.
- Phone balance repayable if you end your eligible plan.
- Your Old Phone must meet Trade In Criteria, including being in good working order, fully functioning with no cracks, damage or other defects that go beyond normal wear and tear. Trade-in value varies by phone make and model. - If you cancel or downgrade your plan from an Eligible Plan within 12 months, you will be required to repay, on a pro-rated basis, the Discount and Trade In Boost.
- The Promotion is only available to individuals who are NZ residents aged 18 years or over. Employees and contractors of 2degrees are not eligible.
- The Discount is non-transferable or exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash.
