5. Only new 2degrees Plan Pay Monthly customers or existing prepay customers joining an Eligible Plan are eligible for these Promotions
6. If you switch from a 2degrees JB Plan to a 2degrees Pay Monthly Plan you are not eligible for these Promotions.
