Cancelling your Pay Monthly mobile, Broadband or Power plan
Leaving so soon? We really wish you’d reconsider staying. But if you’ve made up your mind, we understand. Right now, the only way for you to cancel your connections is by calling us. We are working to make this process easier and more direct via our apps and through My 2degrees.
Cancelling your Pay Monthly mobile plan
If you're thinking of cancelling your Pay Monthly mobile plan, you'll need to give us a call on 200 from your 2degrees mobile, 0800 022 022 from any New Zealand phone, or +64 22 200 2000 from overseas.
If you terminate your existing plan or change to another plan at any time, you will be liable for all charges, including your monthly plan fee, up to your next billing date. For example, if you terminated your plan on 20 June and your billing date was 30 June, you’d be charged your monthly plan fee, and any other charges you incur, up to 30 June.

Cancelling your Broadband plan
If you're thinking of cancelling your Broadband plan, you'll need to give us a call on 0800 022 022 from any New Zealand phone, or +64 22 200 2000 from overseas.
If you terminate your existing plan, you may be liable for any plan discounts you received when you first signed up. You will also need to return any modem and Wi-Fi extenders you may have received along with your plan.
Cancelling your Power plan
If you're thinking of cancelling your Power plan, you can get the process started by switching to a new Power provider. They will contact us directly to transfer over your Power connection.
If you’re moving out of a property and want to terminate billing on a particular date, you can call us on 0800 022 022 from any New Zealand phone.
