How do I switch my ISP?
If you’re thinking about making the switch to 2degrees, it’s super easy! Just follow our simple steps, and you’ll be on your way in no time.
- Find which plans are available at your address.
- Next choose your plan and follow the simple steps.
- We’ll take care of the rest! How fast we get you connected depends on the plan you choose. If you choose a Wireless Broadband plan we can get you online right away, simply grab a modem from your nearest store.
- Once you’re all signed up, reach out to your current ISP to cancel their service. You’ll need to mention that you are requesting a Transition of service and not a disconnection.
