How 2degrees can help if we can’t immediately fix your Business Broadband
We’re here to keep your business online, all the time.
If your Business Broadband happens to go down and we can’t troubleshoot the problem when you call us, we’ll add 50GB of data at no extra cost to your 2degrees Business Mobile plan to see you through until we can get you back up and running.
Backup Broadband data will be used first, so you won’t use up the data in your Business Mobile plan or shared data pool. You can share and hotspot all you like so your team can stay connected while we get it sorted.
You’ll be able to see the Backup Broadband data balance on your 2degrees app. If you run out of Backup Broadband data and your business broadband still isn’t working, just give us a call and we'll be happy to top you up again. Once you use up all of your Backup Broadband data or it expires, you’ll start using the data allowance of your Business Mobile plan or shared data pool again.
How do I get Backup Broadband for Business?
If your business broadband does go down, give our Business Care team a call on 0800 022 249. We’ll do our best to fix it straight away, but if we can’t, we’ll apply Backup Broadband data, so your business can stay connected while we work on solving the problem as quickly as possible.
Who can get Backup Broadband for Business?
To get Backup Broadband for Business you need to have:
- 2degrees Business Broadband
- An eligible 2degrees Business Mobile plan, including Business Choice or Business Connect. Check the full list of eligible Business Mobile plans.
We’ll apply the Backup Broadband data to your 2degrees Business Mobile plan, and you can then hotspot or data share with your team – remember, data sharing is free with 2degrees. Or if you prefer, we can add Backup Broadband data to your shared data pool for your team to share, or – if they’re on your Business Mobile account – up to 5 of your team’s mobiles. Whichever works for your business.
How do I share the Backup Broadband for Business data with the rest of my team?
If your business is using Business Connect as your mobile plan, you don’t have to do a thing to share your Backup Broadband data with your team. Your Backup Broadband data will be added to your shared data pool so your whole team can use it just as they usually would.
If your business is using our Business Choice mobile plans that don’t have a shared data pool, you can set up Shared Data. It’s easy – just ensure they have a 2degrees SIM in their phone.
