2degrees Samsung Promotion
- These terms and conditions apply (in conjunction with the Pay Monthly Terms and Conditions, Interest Free Terms and Conditions, General Competition and Giveaways Terms and Conditions and any other application terms and conditions) to the Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees) Samsung promotion (Promotion) below.
- As part of this Promotion, 2degrees will give away eight Flight Centre vouchers of NZ$5,000 in value to entrants which can be used to purchase airfares, accommodation, tours, cruises, and other products on offer by Flight Centre at the time of this Promotion, both in store and online (Vouchers).
- By participating, entrants agree to these Terms in their entirety.
- To submit an entry, entrants must purchase a Samsung S24, S24+, S24 Ultra, Z Flip5 or Z Fold5 in a single transaction from 2degrees, either in-store, through 2degrees Telesales or on 2degrees’ website between 00:00 on 17 May 2024 and 23:59 on 23 June 2024 (Qualifying Purchase). Entrants must then fully complete and submit the online entry form at 2degrees.nz/galaxyai (Entry) before 17:00 on 28 July 2024 (Promotion Period). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible. Entries are deemed to be made at the time they are received by 2degrees.
- Under clause 4, entrants also have the option of making a Qualifying Purchase by taking up a mobile payment option (MRO) under a MRO eligible plan (see Interest Free Mobile Repayment Option Terms).
- Eight Entries will be selected by random electronic draw by 2degrees from all valid Entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will take place at 10 am on 1 July 2024 (Draw).
- Winners will be notified on 1 July 2024 by telephone or email via the contact details provided in their Entries (each a Winner). Only the person that submitted an Entry is able to claim a Voucher. Winners will have 3 years to use the Voucher from the date of the Draw.
- 2degrees may vary, amend, suspend or cancel any aspect of the Promotion (including the Vouchers) at any time at its sole discretion and for any reason.
- 2degrees reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and determine the eligibility of Entries (including entrant’s identity) and to disqualify any Entry or refuse to award a Voucher where false or misleading details have been provided, or where entrants have behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these terms and / or the spirit of the Promotion.
- Use of the Vouchers by Winners will be subject to Flight Centre’s own terms and conditions found here and any other Flight Centre terms and conditions that may apply.
