Understanding your first Pay Monthly bill

When you sign up for our endless data plan, you get the full amount of data right away, no matter when you join. So, if you’re supposed to get 10GB max speed data every month and you joined just 3 days before your billing date, you'll still get the full 10GB for those 3 days. On your billing date, your max speed data will be set to 10GB.

Just a heads up, none of your max speed data left over from the previous 3 days of use will be carried over.

When do I need to pay my Pay Monthly bill?

  1. Your bill is due seven working days after it’s emailed to you. Your payment due date is shown on your bill as well as on your dashboard in My 2degrees and within the 2degrees app.
  2. If your bill is less than $5, you don’t need to make a payment. We’ll just pop it on the following month’s bill for you.

Why have I been charged a late payment fee?

We get it, life happens and sometimes bills slip through the cracks. But chasing up late payments is pretty costly. To cover these costs, if your bill's overdue, we'll need to add a late fee of $9.95 (incl. GST) to your next bill. Want to dodge these fees? Easy – just set up a Direct Debit or Credit/Debit Card Authority, which means your bill will be paid automatically every month. Set one up now My 2degrees.
