What's happening?
On 22 October 24, we upgraded our mobile voicemail service.
From time to time, and as technology advances, we need to upgrade our systems to ensure that we continue to offer customers a great experience.
What's changed?
Most of the voicemail services you’re used to have stayed the same, but you may notice some slight changes to the new voicemail services - there's a new voice and an updated menu. Overall, you shouldn't notice much difference.
You can still dial 202 from your mobile to access your voicemail in NZ and it'll still be free to access from NZ.
And don't worry, your current active greeting and PIN has been carried across and remains the same.
